Create/implement a reliable web solution for colour manipulation in png images (change car paint colours in png images) *** EXPERTS WANTED ONLY ***

the solution need to be implemented in a responsiv website (bootstrap) The new web site shows car images which consists of multiple layers. All the layer together form an image composition (a full car image) One of these layers consists of a car body only. In this layer is to modify the png's colour, so the car has a new car paint colour after a user has choosen a new (from pre defined colour sets) Your solution need to change the colour but keep the highlights and shadows of the old bodies car paint. The new colour need to be close to the manufacturers car paint colours. (we can find them) The image for this one layer shows the cars body with a transparent background. But you can use transparent png image and/or a alpha channel image or... whatever image you need to make it work fine.. Your job it is: Create and implement the solution in a clients new responsive website.(bootstrap css) Your hire depends from the solution you plan to create. We need to be sure 100% that it would works perfect before. We hire nobody who tell only, that he will do the job only (this is the reason why we need to post here, again) We allready wasted time and money for a non professional freelancer.
