Create Video Assets for Online Training Program (using After Effects, Premiere Pro)

We require the design and creation of a suite of video assets to use in a 15 part video training program. We are looking for creative excellence to build these assets with a corporate, professional feel. We originally created this program 3 years ago and it is due for a complete refresh. The next version of this program needs to significantly improve the production values so please view the following video, which was our first version to get an idea of how these assets will be used. [login to view URL] The work is for an Antarctic Expedition Leader, which is why there is so much snow in the existing design. Don't let this distract or limit your ideas, however, if you could somehow bring Antarctica into the design I would be happy to review it. You will supply finished assets in 1080p 24fps high bitrate MP4 and the source AE / Premiere Pro files and resources. The assets required are: 1. Intro video (12 seconds) a. Reveal logo b. Reveal training program title “Extreme Leadership” c. Provide design ideas for us to inset the session name 2. Outro video (8 seconds) 3. Presenter background (static or looping) a. A subtle background (not like the current one!) b. If looping it has to be slow and smooth 4. Text / Diagrams background (looping) a. Must be able to read coloured (eg #F8981D) and Black text b. Subtle, professional, corporate c. Looping ABOUT YOU You are a skilled, professional video designer and editor with a track record of producing high quality work for the corporate sector. You are not afraid to experiment and test bold ideas with your client. You can point to a library of similar work, work to an agreed time frame and budget. You have create English skills and the ability to cope with non-designer speak (aka "can you make it POP?" type conversations).
