Easy project for the right designer/developer

If you can design and develop a simple website for my pastry business, this job may be for you. Please read all of the attachments and give me your best bid. You will have to provide a mock up of the home page, as you see it, before I will award the job to you. Anyone can develop the site, but the challenge is in the design. It must be eye catching and inviting to our potential customers. After I award the job it must be completed by December 1st. I will have final picture images for the site on the 29th for you to drop into the site. It is okay for you to use Wordpress only if you can do all of the tasks required with Wordpress. The logo you must use is one of the attachments. Our final budget range is posted, so please do not ask to increase the budget. We will look at all bids that are within our budget range.
