Graphic Artist using Adobe Illustrator needed

As President of [login to view URL] , I have been asked to provide art for a large graphic design project, using Adobe Illustrator. A custom coin wholesaler wants to upgrade all of his US Army rank coins. He only needs the artwork. Not the manufacturing. He wants the back to be all the same, but new and HOT and NOT the Army seal. It should be 3D with Army Soldiers in action. He'd like the fronts to honor the ranks and be something a soldier would really like to get, have, and carry. He's talking about all enlisted, warrant, and officer ranks (up to Colonel). If that works, he says we can talk about doing Air Force. He says he has lots more that he needs done after this. What I need is to buy the rights to the artwork (front and back) of the Colonel rank coin from you, so that I can submit it as a sample.
