graphioc design needed

go to <[login to view URL]> and see the image in the top of the page, i need this image made in something like vector or something else so the the image can be printed as small as i liek and as large as i like. It has to be a hi rez graphic, perfer in all formats. I would also the the text "Helping hands when you need them the most" as part of it but separt and the same as the two smaller images 60 minutes and 24 hours a day too. I would hope you could make it excalty the same as what i have now, but if you redesign and it looks better i could just change the web site to your graphic too, so this might include make it web ready so it will load fast. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
