Make My HTML/CSS Website Mobile Friendly

My website, [login to view URL] has experienced pretty good organic traffic from Google in the past. However, traffic has steadily decreased over the past couple of years. I suspect it is because the site is not mobile friendly and is listed at "not mobile friendly" when finding most of the pages in Google search results. I do not have the time or the expertise to make this happen. This is where you come in! This project is to make my custom written HTML/CSS website mobile friendly and confirmed as mobile friendly on Google. I don't know exactly what that looks like but I have a few expectations for the project: 1. Keep the website in HTML - I believe converting Wordpress or similar may disrupt the current success I am having with SEO so don't want to completely transform the site unless you have a compelling argument to do it. 2. The dimensions table is the biggest challenge in my mind. Unfortunately it is the most valuable part of the website and brings 99% of the traffic so I would like it to "look" the same as it is now when viewed on a big screen but it will have to be readable when viewed on a mobile device. My guess is that we will have to increase font and alternate colors on each row and allow each row to stack to the next line if necessary when viewing on mobile devices - I am also open to other ideas if you have something better AND it would really help if you can show me an example for me to test out. 3. I assume that some formatting of the site will have to be cleared out - I built the "border" and the top logo header for the site for a very specific screen width so I understand that I will most likely have to delete the border and resize the top logo. Tell me if you can do a new logo at the top for me in your proposal or just tell me what size logo you will need and I can resize it on my end. When sending your proposal please describe for me what similar experience or projects that you have done in the past, what your plan is, how long you will take, and if you can resize or redo the top logo in your price. Although you will need to provide a competitive price I will most likely NOT be taking the low bid on this project so your description of your experience and plan will be just as important as price for this project. All necessary HTML, CSS style, image files will be provided for you to complete the project. BONUS points for providing me a better logo than the ugly one I made 6 years ago! Good luck!
