HELP!!! my client is havingissues with their online shop and have received the following message. DO NOT reply if you don't know about PayPal API errors... MY client has an issue with PayPal, who have sent the following so it is stopping some of their payments.. here's their PayPal email stating the issue As discussed, the transaction is not eligible for Seller Protection as there was no shipping address passed from your website to PayPal and therefore there was no shipping address recorded on the transaction.
