Build a simple component using JS to integrate with Trello

We are looking for a simple js app and a small input form to integrate with Trello. The form should include 4 inputs: 1. Task Name (text) 2. Task Description (text) 3. Due Date 4. BoardId (this will be hidden and provided from the backend, but assume it will identify which trello board to post the task to) Submitting the form should call [login to view URL]('/boards/' + boardId + '/lists', successCallback, errorCallback); to retrieve all the lists on the provided boardId and the new task should be added to the FIRST list by creating a JSON object in this format: let newCard = { name: "Task Name", desc: "Task Description", pos: "top", due: dueDate, idList: firstListId }; and then calling [login to view URL]('/cards/', newCard, successCallback, errorCallback); as shown in the Trello API documentation here: Trello API documentation can be found here: [login to view URL] In order for the Trello functions to work, note that the script needs to include <script src="[login to view URL][key]"></script> where [key] is a generated api key.
