Jekyll or Pelican theme to match my existing Ghost blog

I have an very small (13 posts) existing ghost-based blog ( [login to view URL] ); I'm fairly happy with the look and feel but am tired of maintaining or paying for a ghost install on the server side and want to move to static pages using a generator like Jekyll, Pelican, or Hugo, but don't have the time to do it myself. I'm looking for someone to mimic the theme (it's Radon: [login to view URL]) in a theme for a static site generator and import my existing posts/images. For the generator, I'd prefer Jekyll (because I've used it before) or Pelican (because I use a lot of Python) but I don't really care too much about which of the two - and I'm willing to hear arguments in favour of Hugo or any other framework that isn't likely to disappear in the next few years. I care about the finished template/theme: (a) looking pretty much like the current blog, on the front page, post pages, and about/contact pages; (b) supporting MathJax and syntax highlighting in the posts (c) automatically updating the RSS feed when new posts are added (d) being at least as responsive as the current theme (e) being fairly lightweight (f) having Disqus support built in and (g) being relatively easily extensible/maintainable. Underlying details (using bootstrap or not, etc) don't matter as much. I don't need to own the resulting templates/themes as long as I have unrestricted right to use them.
