This will be a shop or factory floor notification system. The setup will be as follows:
There will be an iPad mounted at each work station. The iPad at each work station needs to be able to be enrolled into the system in a settings page.
By pressing a labeled button on the touch screen, a push notification message needs to be sent to another iPad that is carried by the supervisor, which is also enrolled into the system by the settings page. This is how the supervisor will be notified. Also, the work station iPad will change to a "Supervisor Notified" screen and have a "Supervisor Responded" button for the supervisor to press when they arrive at the work station
There needs to be the ability to have different sections or groups of tablets set up in the settings page that can be custom labeled or named. So "Section 1" will have 1 or more supervisor's tablets and multiple work station tablets, "Section 2" will have 1 or more supervisor's tablets and multiple work station tablets, and so on.
Each section, and each tablet need to be able to be custom named or labeled in the settings page.
Also, there needs to be the capabilities of adding the reason code message and send button for the work station tablets in the settings page. There is the need for each work station to have 3 or 4 different notifications it will need to send to the supervisor.
There needs to be a stats page that will track the time a message was sent, the time the supervisor responded, and the amount of time it took to respond. This needs to be set up so it can be filtered by date, time range, section, and work station.
