Prepress Production Workflow Quick Audit Tool

We require a tool that can be used to quickly and easily capture all of the steps/tasks to produce print a job. For each step the amount of time taken to perform the task (billable time), the time waiting (idle time), person who performs the task and a notes field must be captured. The interface should be drag'n'drop with links between each step - similar to this software [login to view URL] As each step is added to the total worklow the time taken, wait time and cost to perform the total job will be tallied and shown (see interface mockup). The user should be able to specify a generic hourly rate and number of jobs per day/shift. These variables will be used to calculate cost of the 'current' workflow. We have a list of 7 primary workflow stages (admin, accounting, submission, prepress, print, finishing, distribution) and within each we have predefined tasks.. I already have number of icons that could be used.. I would like to be able to save multiple workflows and export the diagram so it can be used in a sales proposal. Additional development may include, a comparison to demonstrate savings in time/cost between workflows. The ability to post a workflow to a social media site for comment/vote.
