Iphone Radio Streaming application

We require an Iphone Application which streams radio from a shoutcast. The shoutcast is already up and running and the developer has to do the following: 1. Provide a good enough design and layout (samples and logo will be provided) 2. Stream the radio from the shoutcast (details will be provided) 3. User should be able to have a "Recording" button (to record the shoutcast stream) and "Play/Stop" button to play/pause the stream. 4. The application will have the following tabs: 4.a. "Now Playing" tab, which will show the Playing Song and will house the Play/Stop and Record buttons. 4.b. "Recordings" tab, which will have a list of all the recordings done by the user. 4.c. "More Links" tab, it will simply house some hyperlinks to websites, facebook page etc. 4.d. "Request a song" tab, it will simply hyperlink to a similar form on the web.
