IIS Server - domain and website set up

Because of my lack of experience with IIS7 - I need some help setting up domains and associating with correct webfiles.
Essentially I have 2 different folders containing website content. I also have 20 or so domains names.
2 of those domains I want to be primary sites associated with the 2 website folders; the other domains I want to forward to the primary domains.
I am not looking to pay a lot of money for this; as someone who knows their way around IIS7 servers will be able to do this in their sleep.
I can supply all the necessary login details, IP addresses, domain information, etc. to the successful candidate.
i am looking for someone with a proven track record of administering IIS7 servers.
