Office Location Map - 3D perspective

We need to have a map drawn that can be used on business cards, our brochures and our website (i.e. it must be able to be resized for different target media). Google maps does not show accurately the current streets and also the street names are in English and we want to be able to provide a map that has both English and Khmer street names and directions. Attached is a 3D google earth map showing the sort of perspective we want and also a Google map with notations to show the current placement of things such as bridges and river as well as notations where roads no longer exist. Requirement: Draw a 3D map showing all of the major streets, bridges and river and a 'dotted line' (or something like that) which shows the traveller how to get from the main road (Highway 5) to our office. Also, must add a compass showing North/South orientation. Remember, the diagram must be able to be scaled down to fit on the back of a business card and also scaled up for a web page (about 800px wide) so the proportion is best if kept to 9:5.5 (business card dimensions are about 9cm x 5.5cm) Once the drawing has been done and approved, we will provide you with the street names in English and in Khmer which can then be added to the drawing. Ideally, the illustration should be done in Illustrator, Photoshop or Corel Draw so that we can tweak the drawing later if required.
