"Bum Marketing" for our site

Hi we need to do some BUM marketing for our site using Squidoo and Zimbio. We specifically need: 1. write 1 article and 1 lens lens using "desperate keywords" as article titles and in content . Quality content needs to be above 600 words + 2. this needs to be published on Squidoo and Zimbio 3. do some basic marketing activities as RSS feed submissions to RSS feed portals, pingin, social bookmarking on Digg, Netscape, OnlyWire etc 4. do cross linking from other Bum marketing locations, posting some comments and joining a bung of groups on Squidoo and so on.
