Analyze and Streamline our Adwords, Analytics and Adsense

We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of Google Analyics, Adsense and Adwords to help us understand our data and make changes to our programs as needed. We are NOT looking for a novice, we are specifically seeking someone who knows the in's and out's of each of these programs and understands the advanced features and dynamics of internet marketing. Although our primary goal is to more efficiently use our audience data and advertising budget, we are specifically trying to accomplish these tasks: Google Adsense We currently have ~20 domains hosted on Google Adsense to help generate revenue. We don't really understand the customer channels and other tools and would like someone to review these domains and advanced channel options to determine if we can better represent the space we have available. In addition to the ~20 parked domains we also would like to add some ads to our primary site, assuming the revenue was worth the additional clutter. Google Adwords Our current Adwords campaign is on auto-pilot and we spend approx $350-$400/mo. We don't track conversions or know if our budget is actually buying us customers. We are not looking for someone to keyword stuff our campaigns as we prefer more relevant words and phrases. The ideal candidate can optimize our campaign to more efficiently convert customers and either spend less per month or get more bang for our buck. Google Analytics Just like the other programs, Analytics can be difficult to understand and effectively use. We receive a lot of traffic and want to be able to use the data to our benefit. The ideal candidate would help us analyze the data, use advanced tools to take advantage of other opportunities and implement what has been learned in Adwords and Adsense.
