Help me with Marketing

Are you an experienced marketer passionate about design, marketing automation and leveraging the web to make a sales effort more productive? Are you a crazy good designer with some technical chops who enjoys the pursuit of beautifully designed websites and visual elements? Yes? Then, Accelerance wants to talk to you. We’re looking for a HubSpot Manager and Designer who will manage HubSpot, from a visual, technical and workflow point of view, helping build the Accelerance brand and reputation as the world’s foremost authority on global outsourcing for software development (and generate inbound leads as a result.) You’ll spend half your time managing HubSpot (Workflows, forms, leads) and the other half designing visual elements for the HubSpot, web and social medial. Do you want to: Own HubSpot design, workflow and maintenance Figure out how to leverage HubSpot to get the most out of it Design web and landing pages and workflows Code additional features where necessary Continually improve Accelerance’s visual presence, look and feel Take on additional special projects as necessary, including among others: asset, web, social media design, brochures, Do you have experience and background? 3+ years of front end coding, design and/or HubSpot experience Solid design sense and portfolio providing evidence of the same BA/MA degree in PR, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline a plus Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc. HubSpot certification a plus Strong communications skills (written and verbal) and experience developing press releases, blog and social posts. Insanely good writing chops Highly creative, innovative and communicative Ability to work and balance multiple projects, with different groups at the same time Ability to work effectively in a team and across teams Ability to work remotely Experience with Hubspot and PR software
