- I run a Digital Marketing Agency and Global Training business. I am seeking a qualified part-time EA/PM with proven Marketing skills to bring on 20-25 hours a week. Please read below and reply if you are interested.
The position will be 1 day a week in the office (mid town) and the rest virtual unless needed to support a business event in the city. You must have solid experience , results and references to apply, No training will be provided. You must have working experience as an Executive Assistant and managing a speaker or celebrity or events as well as be proficient in E-Mail Marketing. WordPress Editing, Social Media Posting, Business Email Communication, Business event organization, Managing vendors and schedules for busy executives.
After proving your work and results under a 2-month paid period, a full-time offer may be delivered (based on performance). Work will entail
Supporting a speaker
Organizing files, contacts, documents, events, time management
Managing communications for me
Managing workflow with internal people and external vendors
Improving and updating internal work flows
Assistant Project Management work
Additionally, following my directions, setting up social posts for me weekly.
