Set Up HubSpot for 3 campaigns

I have 3 campaigns and I need a hubspot guru to set up the 3 using a free account. It may mean different accounts due to numerous contacts I need to only use Free account. (Set up includes upload the emails I have with my contact info) . All 3 come under the main umbrella of Conference and Event Services: The three (3) are: Event Staffing, Venue Sourcing, Promotional Products ( I have different emails for all 3. Just let me know how is the best way to set it up. Need done in 6 hours or less. Min. budget: $20 * Must show have experience proven doing this with HubSpot.
