Set up my company in Quickbooks online

I would like to set up my company in Quickbooks online. I need to create invoices and estimates that have eleven columns. I don't have time to figure all this out, or even know if it is even possible. So if you know how, I would be glad to hire you.
I have uploaded the invoice we use now, and I need it to be the same function in the online version. Eleven columns is the most important part.
