Timecode+ Application Update iPhone/iPad

we at cocoa tap have an application in need of updating with the specification we require. The app at the moment is basic and raw so what we want to achieve is a fully finished product with working code and functions properly with a new look and upgraded themes to top it off. We are offering +- $300 depending on work and time involved in making the update.
