I propose to supply a solution based on my existing product - Internet Point of Sale software. This software contains the functionality you have described as is developed with Visual Basic. I have a Server / Client based internet cafe system that I use for my own purpose which is custom made for my own however it can easily be modified for use with yours. it shows me exactly how much time the user has used / has left and the cost etc. Also on the computer that the persons is using there is a small digitial timer or clock that counts down telling the user exactly how much time they have left. this is because i work on a pre-paid system so the time is always preset as it were. If you want the system where the custoemr pays after due to the way the system runs this would be an easy amendment. What i would need to do is have the system have an open credit limit that would allow the customer to keep using the system till they log off etc. This is a fairly easy roytine to write into the system but testing and running that would take a couple of days. I have tried to Keep the bid low as I have most of the system run but as some more work is required i have releected that in the price of my bid.
