Ipaq 3835 which lost the asset partition

Hi I lost my asset partition with the asset tag and serial number for my ipaq 3835. I need your help in guiding me through the process of restoring the partition and re entering the serial number and asset tag. I have the original ROM image so we can use this. You MUST have Msn messenger to communicate in guiding me in reinistallation process. Will give you an excellent rating if someone could help me out.
