Unlock and modify 2 Insurance applications and email in PDF

I have 2 locked insurance applications. 1 in English, 1 in Spanish. I need: 1) Each application has an e-signature on page 2,4,5,7 (not page 6). I need each one changed from an e-signature box to a fillable box, I need the words "Voice Signature Taken" typed in the siganture box and locked again. I need the date boxes to remain fillable by the user. 2) I need page 6 locked, so no changes can be made. 3) I need the fixed versions EMAILED TO ME AS A PDF attchment in an email. No unziping or anthing else -just an attachment as a PDF to a regular email. Jobs done on both English and Spanish attached applications.
