Looking for BNL editors

I have a pen reader product, this pen can indentify the code on the related paper after touched and reads them according to existence of BNL files in the pen which has memory inside. This BNL files can be made by a special program by providing sounds, texts, and some other files all together become one file. The program cannot do the reverse way which is to take out the original files or extract what are inside the BNL files after created. I want someone who can manage these BNL files to extracts or takes out what is inside it so can be customized later. I can explain and provide more details while the discussion. Thank you
