web application for scraping data from other sites

Request: If you can do then only respond, dont waste my valuable time and money Would like to build a proprietary web application that can be used by my staff and possibly others (ie must have gui) to be able to scrape and export real timeinfo related to vacation rental properties from various websites. We will input search criteria for a specific URL (or URLS) and then scrape will be run and info will be exported out to a csv file and possibly also in to a formatted quote with pictures that could then be emailed to client. We currently have a database we use as CRM. In addition, this database houses Property listings for 4500 properties in the Florida region we service. This entails scraping 15 properties daily in totality (i.e. all properties and fields on this site) 2x a day 6am and 6pm. I am looking for an alternate solution to this so that is why I am investigating the possibility of an app. The problem with this approach is we can no longer get rates and also availability is not real time due to delay. Ultimately, I’m looking for super fast way to get property info in to a quote. We do not want the client to see the company name or website URL in the final quote. We will add a booking feeto the total of the price of the condo. If you have better idea on how to approach this, I am interested in hearing. I am looking at API where possible but seems these are smaller companies and don’t have that option.
