62768 Exclusive Design Needed

I am looking for an exclusive template for a business to business cell phone provider. I have the corporate high res images for you to start with. You have full control as to the look of the site. We need a site that looks corporate, but fun. We DO NOT WANT a site that looks like every other site that sells cell phones. We want to establish that they are not just a store. I will explain the color scheme once I choose a designer. I would like a drop down java script or FLASH as the menu, and we will need 5 or 6 menu options. We would also like to incorporate a flash banner, but the flash banner needs to be dynamic so we can change the text and images easily. There are a few easy design aspects that I need, but nothing an experienced designer can't do. It's easy stuff. We are looking for a site that will make our client say "WOW."
