Full JavaScript Animated website required

Hi Guys I need a small website with approx 20 pages. i will provide a JavaScript Animated template CSS templates that contain JS-based elements that add Flash-like dynamics and animation. you should be able to copy the same features into my website by keeping the same quality and light weight. I am most likely to select an experienced designer with skills in Java, CSS, Jquery, flash and HTML. dont bid if you cant show these kind of skills in your portfolio, send me your portfolio if it can show the above skills and if you have created an interactive animated site. dont bid if u r just looking to make a website. cheers
