Rebuild 4 HTML web pages as templates

Hi I have 4 pages of a website that need to be rebuilt as templates. The templates need to be hand coded, and the existing html cleaned up. The site is currently a .net site and we are rebuilding it in php. Layout is simple - header / footer / 3 columns. In left column 2 / 3 images in middle text in right images / buttons.
