Windows Phone launcher for mobile browser games

I m looking for someone to create an Windows mobile launcher for the windows phone store. Wrapper should show our xhtml/html5 website/webview games inside a native wrapper (create a native app that renders a webview control, so basically a browser without the chrome). Before each game starts there must be a shown advertising screen before the app starts. User can here either press "skip" or click on the link. Ad screen and link are drawn from our ad server. Here simply java script needs to be integrated. So to sum it up: 1. Wrap webview for windows mobile 2.
