Navbar needs changing, wordpress theme - Small job.

I'm creating this website using a wordpress theme - [login to view URL] 1. This is a small project that requires the navbar to be positioned underneath the main image on the page (the image is already inserted via a custom field in page/post settings) like this: [login to view URL] 2. Also the nav bar must function/animate more like this: [login to view URL] Maintaining simplicity regarding design, how it is already - I don't expect this to be a massive job but I am willing to take on someone that would be interested in more regular work afterwards.
