Mobile Forms Customization (FormMobi & Javascript) - repost

Hi there, (Reposted) This project is straight forward modification of one existing FormMobi ([login to view URL]) form and the creation of a two new ones. FormMobi is SaaS a electronic forms package for Android & IOS that captures a bunch of different fields and can perform Javascript calculations in the forms. You'll need an Android tablet or iPad to test the forms. FormMobi SaaS is hosted in US and much of the time will be reconfiguring forms in their GUI. Three payment milestones. * 20% after demonstrating the ability to understand the requirements and create the first of the pages in the new form. * 40% at completion form 1 and * 40% at completion of form 2 Forms * Form 1: Take existing form and split one of the "dynamic" pages into two dynamic pages. You'll need to check all the calculations - I can get an XML version of the forms to check all the field settings, but the modification of the fields need to be done through the FormMobi FormBase GUI - you need to delete fields from one page and reconstruct the field + all the settings on two new pages. * Form 2: Using the create a single page form from one of the existing forms. Should only take < 2 hours to understand how to develop forms of FormMobi - you can trial it for 30 days to get the idea and we'll provide a login to our account to provide more details once we have shortlisted developers.
