Improve Leaflet performance with many markers

Example page: [login to view URL] When there's a lot of markers present (Settings -> Enable Monsters, Stops, Gyms and Spawnpoints) the performance decreases a lot. I know this can be improved a lot, for example with OpenGL rendering, which would be the most optimal solution. Code is messy and can be seen here: [login to view URL] Requirements: • Icons must look the same. Can't use anything else. • Icons must be scale-able in size. Changing size on zoom-in/out. • Icons must react on hover and clicks. Icons can be delivered as both .PNG (all, preferred) and .SVG (most). I don't like copy/paste offers. I'm not strict about delivery time but don't keep me waiting for months. As fast as possible is of course preferred. Any questions before offering, feel free to ask. Budget is $2000+
