Visual Studio C# Game Wrapper

I need a visual studio project to login and find info on a browser based game. There would be a top frame with buttons (my control panel) and the bottom frame would contain the game webpage. There would be a login button to login (if login page reappears this method would auto execute again), a button that calls a reload page (this just reloads the page every random 1-10 minutes), and a buttons that searches the page for a value and then sends me an email if i'm under attack. You should probably be able to use webclient() and regex for matches. If you win the bid I will give you game name. This would be a bare bones code that I will modify later. It will log me in and reload the page often to show I'm active. It would do a regex search for a value on the page. I am asking for two buttons each to match one value.
