I am using a component in Joomla called Affiliate Tracker. For some reason it calculates affiliate commissions on the total order (product + sales tax + shipping)... this is incorrect for an affiliate program, because the business would be paying commissions on items that they don't profit from - so there is NO margin (sales tax and shipping are set costs that are collected and then passed on). I need the component to only calculate commission on the product values (using a virtuemart plugin for Affiliate Tracker). Please only people familiar with Joomla.
