plesk & cpanel server support, cloudflare setup

I need a server administrator support expert with experience of both plesk and cpanel and cloudflare. I need someone to take the dns details from a cpanel account and set the settings up in cloudflare so that the office 365 email exchange still works so that when the nameservers are pointed to cloudflare the site goes live on a new server which we have already copied a new site to in readiness. It should be very quick task to do this for someone who knows how to set up cloudflare with MS exchange settings but idealy i woudl like a experienced person so that if there was any problems (which i do not expect) when the new site goes live they cna help solvea
