Simple joomla_template design + basic logo

I need a simple graphic design for joomla template and a simple logo. Simple project - not interested on high bids. Logo Company is related to green/environmentally friendly/eco... For joomla_template: 6 module position (shown in attached file) I will provide initial mock up and images to be added. Simple work, won't take more than a couple of hours for some one familiar designing joomla templates. If it works, I will take same designer for version of same template in different language when required. Mandatory: You must have experience designing joomla templates, otherwise please do not bid. I need that interested one be collaborative and also advise on the process as I am not an expert on joomla yet! Mileston payments: 20% initial 30% first revision approval 50% final revision approval
