My name is Dana Stewart and I live in Martinsburg , WV. I am an Army veteran and currently employed as a Health Technician at the VA Medical Center Martinsburg, WV. While here I have great performance appraisals. I am looking for an attorney who is knowledgeable in Employment Law, Government Litigation and Civil Rights. I have been working for the past several years in a hostile work environment and have had to deal with harassment, retribution, racism and experience nepotism in my place of work. From 2017-2020, I have used all the tools at my disposal, including EEO, ORM, OIG, OSC, etc. In one case I received a Settlement Resolution, which has now been broken. I am part of ongoing investigations and in a current ruling by the OIG where my FMLA papers were on display for 5 mos. in violation of HPPA law, the ruling found nothing. I have had severe contact with direct supervisors who cornered me in an office causing my PTSD to be stimulated. I attended a meeting at the office of the Administrator of this VA facility and was also cornered by heads of Depts., this time witnessed, and was brutally and viciously verbally attacked in such a manner to also bring my PTSD to the forefront of my being. How am I to feel comfortable coming to work, when the Head of the Facility, himself, has no respect, and treats his employees in this manner. Will you take my case.? I would like this to be on a contingency contract, if that can be worked out.
