Provide advice for negotiating a cash settlement for an unpleasant experience with safety hazards at a "prestigious hotel"

I spent a night at an expensive hotel in Florida while on a business trip and was treated incredibly poor and was conned by the establishment. Apart from the moldy and and disgusting bathroom, no room service, missing lights, false promises, there were two concerning safety issues. The safety issues include the elevator snapping and popping after passing a certain floor, frightening whatever guests were riding with me, and then the balcony door refusing to open or close. I have video and photo documentation of the rooms flaws including the balcony door, but nothing for elevator. I know there are routes for me to take to either seek compensation or force their hand to fix their issues, but would like someone to help me through the process. I tried emailing and calling but all met with 0 response. To reiterate, I am asking for advice on the route I should take on the credit dispute, and for seeking a form of compensation for moving on or signing a NDA to not expose their possibly dangerous flaws. I can offer the initial bid offer amount and 10% of whatever settlement I actually receive.
