Hi there! Don't let my quote discourage you! But I felt I had to be honest with you. Tracking down email spam is in my portfolio and is something I've had to sort out for several clients over the years. From your description, I would say the possible culprits are: 1. Rootkit. Your server could have been compromised and is running a bulk mailer script. 2. Compromised site. One of your sites is compromised and has a rogue program 3. Open Relay. Your mail server is not properly configured and is allowing external senders to use your mail service. I hope you get the picture!
