Final Magento Customization and Some Simple Fixes.

We have an existing Magento ecommerce site for selling tees that is supposed to be complete and able to go live. However we're not satisfied with it and want a Magento expert to carry out minor final customization and some simple fixes. Although this project is essentially a touch-up, if you deliver good quality work we will want an ongoing relationship to continue site development once we get underway. For an experienced Magento coder the work should be fairly straightforward and probably won't take long. This project details include: - Upgrade to latest Magento version (1.4.1?) from 1.3.2.1 - Correct display errors in page display for Policies Page (all data is there in the CMS Manage Pages panel but does not display correctly). - Install shipping prices by country. May require a new shipping module (some free modules are available). We will want to start with sample charges and then change these from time to time to the actual prices. We have supplied an example of the pricing schedule at the end of this project description. - Arrange/advise on credit card processing. - Enable the tees to operate as configurable products. For some unknown and annoying reason, the group function works but configurable products does not. As the main sellers are tee shirts these products should be able to operate as configurable products. - Enable search by: SIZE, COLOR, MEN, WOMEN, KIDS as per side buttons installed for these. - Add button and function to run a 6 min movie about our products. We have the movie and it will be going on YouTube and other sites but we want to run it from our site as well. - Change sale button on home page to a slide show similar to the one on [login to view URL] (upper right hand corner) where there are 4-5 news items that slide to one side and reveal the next item (like a small slide show). We will want to this to display sale items and any news updates we post about the site so that any item can be clicked on to enlarge for a full readable article. - Check all functions and fix any weaknesses in existing code. - Advise on any remaining steps necessary to make site fully operable and better.
