I have my own extension to Magento 2. It contains 3 tabs. In the third tab I have my own grid. I need to insert a form with a submit button for sending data above this GRID. The project cannot be done on my live server, I will only provide extensions to upgrade. System - Magento 2.3.1 must be installed on your own PC!
