Magento - two product page amends and one cart amend

We have two minor amends to a product page.
1. Remove the secondary option total price from the product page that displays - we basically see two totals
2. Add a permanent block to the product page that we can edit via CMS - block currently exists but is not editable via the CMS
3. Remove the Subtotal (Excl. Tax) line from our shopping cart etc.
Quick and easy for a Mage pro. You should be available to complete this now. All work must function on all major browsers and tablets.
