website promotion by manual directory submission(repost)

Need someone to manually submit a website into 35 free directories: 1. Directories will not be provided but all directories have to be on the subject matter: Sports; 2. At least 10 among these 35 links have to be on a page with PR2 or above; 3. A group of around 10 anchor texts will be provided, the same anchor text shall NOT be used more than 4 times. 4. No extension will be awarded to this project once the project starts, no partially completed project will be paid. Bid responsibly!
