Sell and buy at same time

I am looking for a person to code an EA. It is a very simple process involves placing both a buy and a sell at the start of a new bar (max one buy one sell at a time). Stop loss will be based on previous candle high and low with a buffer and there should be a variable allowing trading times. I will send full details to winning bidder. All variables should be external and it must be open code for me to view (in English). I have a number of ideas and would like to find a good coder that can work with me, so I can use them regularly. So please price with potential for more work down the track.
