QUICK 2 hour Task to qualify freelancers for our other tasks -> MS SQL Optimization with excel report Output

The time spent on this project needs to be 1-2 hours (3 hours max) and 1 day to complete. If you can't complete the task in this time frame please don't bid Currently one of our MS SQL stored Procedures EXEC CobFullClaro_load 1,2019 takes about 50min to complete. If you can reduce this to one half or one quarter the time please contact us as we are using this task as a filter to hire professionals to make fixes and improvements to this and other stored procedures on an ongoing basis. This task in itsself is MINIMALLY critical and ONCE AGAIN SERVES TO FILTER AND FIND PROFESSIONAL TO HIRE ON LONG TERM! We can award you the job and create milestone if you can show us this optimization (print of before after time to run on your machine) and then release milestone once we run the job on our aws server and confirm the optimization. Output of this stored procedure should be to excel with some formating (filter and freeze top row, font, and highlight some columns like the exemple excel that we attatched), currently we copy/paste results to excel then manually apply filter and other modifications and we want to avoid this. If you have pivot table/graph experience this helps very much! Some details: We have a mobile phone rental service and we need to audit the phone bill every month from the phone company then we need to recalculate the amounts that we will charge our clients.
