Native Data Display App Needed Fast

If you have applied before, there's no need to apply again. I would like an iOS and an android app created for me. Both have to be native (not phonegap type) but both have to look and feel the same. You also need to provide the design. They need to work on all devices (that's 4 sizes for Android and 4 sizes for iOS). I need these 2 platforms created in 14 days, for which I need a guarantee. You will need 3-5 developers on each app if you plan to complete by the deadline. The app will have about 12 pages (with settings) and it will pull data from a MySQL database using webservices to display on most of those pages. I will provide the webservices but you will need to create the design according to my specifications. I already have 3 pages designed already and I will provide the template to create the rest of the pages so the design work will be easy. However, you will need to design and resize for the 8 different sizes. You will need 1-2 really good designers because I need things EXACT. A bit off will not do. The designers will also need to create a moving meter (like a car speedometer) to indicate a time value. Of course, this will require code behind it.
