Write an Android application with location based service

Before you bid - Stay away if you are bidding blindly & will negotiate bid amount raise with me in chat or skype --- For genuine freelancers only -- Need to develop an android app with kickass UI The app will serve as a tool to book appointments with client. The normal use cases are type one users registering on the app and type 2 users who will take appointments. The type 2 users must have a flip switch to show their availability "in office" or "closed" etc. They must also have profile where they can list their expertise. We also need a location based system which tells the type 1 users where type 2 user's offices are with respect to their location. Is it doable?
