obile Coupon System and Loyalty Program with Facebook

We like to implement a website where people can use the QR code to like a mobile websites : 1. Force user to like a facebook fan page (or auto like it when QR is activate) - once they like it , they will direct to a coupon page,etc 2. Or get them to use the same QR but point to the different mobile websites if they have already the fan of the relevant fan pages. (the above website is like [login to view URL]) 3. When they share the information on their own facebook, we will then reveal the secret code for them to redeem at fan page owner site or shops.(Their information will then be collected by the fan page owner and shops (like email and phone number, name). Once they use the code ,the code will be deleted. Or the code can also be use for certain discount,etc. The above is the first things we want to implement. Then the following: 4. The customer will then automatically enter merchant loyalty program - so when the next time they are here, they scan the QR code from merchant and receive a stamp each time they are visiting. Merchant can also create different QR code for differnet kind of products for different kind of loyalty program or offer (they can diy create their own offers). They can set how many stamps/times for customer to entiltle for the offer. like 10 stamps get a free offer. BTW, each time after stamp, the merchant should give out a secret code to do the stamp. 5. Allow customer to opt for become an affiliate for the merchants to make money by helping to share on social media like facebook (accumulate points or money) , and they can also login to their affiliate page to select more merchants to promote to earn rewards. So whenever merchants post a offer or message - the message/post will go to the relevant affiliates wall post,etc - when any of their friends click on it, the affiliate will earn points/rewards from relevant merchants. Also, the merchant can also give out real commission (like money - for example, each click - merchant will be giving how much to the affiliates,or for online selling, it can be based on pay per sales. The affiliate himself can also pick up a link or relevant promoted QR code to give out to their friends to boost up the promote and earn more money.
