I need an Iphone and Android app that will allow USER A to create a profile that can be filled in with pertinent account information (name, age, location , ) from Facebook, Google or Linked In. This profile will then generate a QR code that USER B(END USER) can scan to send a payment to USER A's paypal account. What is an approximate price range to accomplish this?
